We have recently needed to update our new patient policy to include taking deposits for first appointments at Alice Street.
We kindly ask that you commit in advance to your appointment by paying at $50 deposit at the time of booking with us.
This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day.
If your appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled you will need to do this with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice before the appointment time so your deposit is not forfeited.
Failure to turn up for the appointment on the day without notice WILL forfeit your deposit.
