As the ongoing risk of COVID-19 declines and restrictions are lifted, we are beginning to increase the number of face-to-face consultations in the practice.

Simple requests such as test results, script and referral renewal will be conducted via telehealth and video consult to reduce the number of people in the practice and allow us to comply with strict social distancing requirements.

Please refrain from bringing extra family members to appointments and for children’s consultations, we ask that only one parent/carer attends.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Head cold
  • Runny nose
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fever
  • Ongoing fatigue
  • Sore throat
  • Loss of smell/taste
  • You MUST have a telephone consultation.

If, upon assessment, a doctor asks you to attend the clinic whilst you have respiratory symptoms, please wear a mask and knock on the window to advise reception that you have arrived. You will then be directed to the back of the clinic for your consultation.

You may also be advised to wait in your car to enable us to safely manage physical distancing guidelines and allow cleaning time between appointments. You will receive an SMS message when the doctor is ready to see you.

Please use hand sanitiser when entering and leaving the practice, and follow instructions from reception staff regarding where to wait for your appointment.
