Dr Mihal Guttman-Jones has decided to close their private practice and is no longer seeing patients at Alice Street.
Patients who had appointments scheduled with Dr Guttman-Jones will be contacted directly. If you have not yet heard from us or would like to rebook with another doctor at our practice, please contact reception on 9550-6201.
If you require ongoing gender-affirming care, we have spoken with Kaleido Healthcare (near Redfern Station), who have confirmed that they have availability and do not require a referral. However, your medical file will need to be confidentially transferred.
Patients wishing to have their records transferred to a new practice should request this by emailing us on info@alicestreetgp.com.au. Due to the sudden closure of Dr Guttman-Jones practice, the team at Alice Street is offering free file transfers until the 31st of December this year.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
